Dingdong Dantes remarked that he looks forward to working again with his wife Marian Rivera in another acting project in the future.

The celebrity couple recently starred in the 2023 Metro Manila Film Festival blockbuster entry Rewind.

“Sobrang love kong katrabaho ang aking misis. Namiss ko siya after so many years and siyempre, looking forward sa susunod na pagkakataon na makasama ko siya. Whether sa telebisyon man or sa pelikula or kahit ano pa,” he said as reported by Inquirer.

The celebrity couple recently won the Box Office Phenomenal Stars of Philippine Cinema and Most Popular Love Team for Movies awards at the Box Office Entertainment Awards after starring in Rewind. 

"Napakahalaga ng recognition. Akala namin hindi na kami makakapagsama bilang love team pero nabigyan pa kami ng isang pagkakataon. And we’re very grateful na nabigyan kami ng opportunity to tell this very beautiful story,” Dingdong remarked.

Rewind became the highest grossing Filipino of all time in January.

Star Cinema announced on January 26 that the film reached ₱889 million in gross sales globally.

During a thanksgiving event back in the beginning of the year, Dingdong remarked that more than the movie's box office feat, he was thankful for the massive impact that the film has on moviegoers.

"Iba 'pag nakakausap mo mga tao at kwinento paano naging impact sa buhay nila. 'Yun priceless... Itong figure says ganito kadami nanood. We are so grateful we were able to tell the story," he stated.

"This is a very special film. Not just because it is the biggest box office title in Philippine history, but because it has touched so many in a very deep way, myself included."

Marian added: "Noong binasa namin ‘to, isa lang gusto namin mangayari, bonus na lang figure, alam namin maraming pinagdaanan tao ng pandemic. Kaya sabi namin sana gawin kami instrumento ng Panginoon na ma-touch puso nila na magbago at mas mahalin mga tao sa paligid nila."

The actress continued: "'Yung message na ito lang makalat sa mga tao... Ang pinaka importante sa amin ay ang message ng film na ito, na talagang tumatak sa puso nila."
