Darren Espanto gears up for his 10th anniversary concert

<p>Kapamilya star Darren Espanto is very excited about his upcoming solo concert on June 1 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Cubao, Quezon City.</p><p>Titled <em>D10</em>, Darren is set to give incredible performances and surprises that all his fans and supporters will enjoy.</p><p>“Excited ako kasi we&#x27;ve created this line up months ago pa po and talagang we&#x27;ve started preparing months ago,” Darren said during his D10 media conference last Wednesday, May 15 at Pub.Liq Gastropub in Quezon City.</p><div style="text-align:center"><img src="https://od2-image-api.abs-cbn.com/prod/editorImage/Darren.jpg" style="width:600px" class="fr-fic fr-dib"/></div><p>“We also started doing the dance rehearsals for my concert last month (April) po… just so that I have a gist of what I’m going to be doing na sa concert and polishing na lang later on,” he shared.</p><p>Darren also told the press that he had already taken part in the process of his much-awaited concert as well as making a special request for it.</p><p>“I’m just lucky enough to have the venue on June 1 din which is really something that I asked ABS-CBN for na parang sana po masecure iyong June 1 kasi iyon ang mismong araw ng aking 10th anniversary. There’s so much stuff that happens in terms of my career, in my personal life as well, and I never expected this to happen,” he said.</p><p>He went on: “Just don&#x27;t give up really. There&#x27;s always going to be a door that will open for me. It might be now, but when the time comes, as long as you&#x27;re willing enough to take risks and improve on whatever you are trying to improve on, it’s going to happen. And naniniwala ako na if it’s meant for you, it will happen.”</p>
