Luis Manzano opened up about his latest health scare.

In his recent YouTube vlog, Luis shared that he underwent tests after he noticed a lump on his head.

"May kailangan i-biopsy dito sa taas ng ulo ko. Parang ang biopsy kung 'di ako nagkakamali ay i-check kung cancerous or not, or kung malignant or benign," he shared.

Before undergoing biopsy, he also consulted several doctors who assured him that the lump seemed to be non-cancerous.

"Do I feel okay? Yes. Apat na doktor na ang nagsabi na malabo-labo talaga na it's cancerous or kung ano man. May konting kaba? Siyempre, kasi i-stitch yan e,” he admitted. “Isasama ko kayo sa procedure. Parang tatanggalan ng sample tapos 2-3 stitches, so papapanoorin ko kayo."

Luis went on: "But para sa akin ang main goal ko is to create awareness kasi napakarami siyempre 'yung mga binabantayan na mga nunal, growth. Kita ‘yan sa mga katawan."

Luis then pushed on with the procedure. 

He admitted that, though the process of biopsy was tedious, awaiting for the result was the toughest part.

"Ito na 'yung pinaka-mahirap sa lahat sa lahat. Sa lahat ng mga test, minsan 'yung procedure itself hassle kung hassle, pero ang pinakamabigat diyan ay ang pag-aantay ng results kasi malalaman to kung benign ba to or malignant,” he shared. 

“I think five to seven days kapag binigay na 'yung sample, mas hassle 'yun. Mas hassle 'yung ganung stress na 'yun,” he stated. “In fact, 'yung nakita kanina 'yung pinost ko kanina sabi 'yung mga buhok na andon is already a good sign in itself pero ipapadala pa rin to be sure so hoping and praying.”

Luis then underwent blood test as an additional test.

Following the tests, Luis was finally cleared from cancer and also thanked those who prayed for his health. 

"Nakuha ko na 'yung results at sinabi nga na benign, clear," he shared. "Nag-mini celebration ako. Nagpaikili ako ng buhok," he added.
