SB19’s newest single, “Moonlight” tops the global chart in nine countries

<p>P-pop’s powerhouse group SB19 is making their presence known globally with their newest track, Moonlight, rising to the top of the music charts in nine countries, just a few days after its release last May 3.</p><p>The song Moonlight was created through a collaborative effort with Ian Asher, who the group met in New York back in 2023. The then 23-year old US-based producer’s talent left a lasting impression on the boys. SB19 also worked closely with Chinese electronic producer Terry Zhong and Lenno Linjama. Mixed by Serge Courtois, who is known for his work with other music artists in the US, the track captured fans’ attention worldwide.</p><p>Moonlight boasts a sound that seamlessly combines contemporary with the experimental. The production is very current yet experimental,” they stated.</p><p>The music video for Moonlight features a minimalist aesthetic which, paired with choreography by Jay Roncesvalles, captivated viewers and gained over one million views since its premiere.</p><p>Moonlight marks SB19’s first release since their EP, PAGTATAG!, which included the viral hit, GENTO. As the group gears up for their two-day concert in Manila on May 18 and 19 to conclude the PAGTATAG!
