Andi Eigenmann simply denied the rumors circulating on social media about her supposed separation with longtime partner, Philmar Alipayo. The former Kapamilya actress took to her Instagram Stories to address the issues and put a stop to all the negative comments about her relationship with her partner.

Andi and Philmar have been engaged since 2020.

In her Instagram Stories, she shared that while everyone was talking about her relationship with Philmar, she was busy bonding with her brother and her children. She quipped that she found out about her own relationship status on the internet.

“I literally [just] went on a vacation with my brother and our kids, and come home to find out, through the internet, that I’ve just been separated,” she wrote.

Andi added that netizens assumed that she isn’t sad enough over the passing of her mother, the late Jaclyn Jose, as she hasn’t been posting a lot about the incident.

“The internet didn’t seem to like that I was grieving the loss of my nanay. Apparently, according to them, I had been faking my sadness about it all along. (Not enough social media posts perhaps?) Due to this, the internet has decided that the reason for my sadness is not that I have recently been an orphan but in fact, a divorcee (even if I had never been married),” she shared.

The former actress took it a notch higher to deny the claims of some netizens about her relationship status. She responded to a netizen’s comment insinuating that Andi is sad about other things.

“Si Andi very obvious malungkot bakit kaya,” the netizen wrote.

“Namatayan po kasi ako nanay,” Andi replied.

Meanwhile, Andi previously shared with ABS-CBN News that they are postponing their wedding due to the untimely passing of her mother.

“Honestly, we wanted to get married this year. But under the circumstances, we decided to wait a bit. It was supposed to be for mom,” she revealed.
