Drag Queens have been making a huge impact not only to the LGBTQIA+ community but the whole nation as well. These Filipino Drag Queens have proven they’ve got what it takes to influence their fans to do well in everything that they do.

Marina Summers made the whole country proud as the first-ever RuPaul’s Drag Race Philippines contestant to join the international franchise of the same program. Despite not winning the coveted crown, she won millions of hearts with her advocacy and continues to inspire children who want to be just like her someday. 

Manila Luzon

Despite not competing in the Philippine franchise of RuPaul’s Drag Race, Manila Luzon has continued to champion for Filipino talent to be recognized globally. After her successful stints in RuPaul’s Drag Race season 3, All Stars 2012, and All Star 2018, the drag queen returned to the country and hosted the first-ever Filipino produced drag reality show, Drag Den.

The show saw massive success in both of its seasons as it not only showcased the talent of the drag queens but also highlighted their advocacies. 

Precious Paula Nicole

The first-ever winner of RuPaul's Drag Race Philippines, Precious Paula Nicole not only inspired other drag queens but those who dream of becoming one. She continues to perform in several drag related shows not by force but out of her precious love for the art. 

Naia

She didn’t stop with her advocacies after winning the first season of Drag Den Philippines. Naia made sure to continue being vocal about the things she is passionate about and made steps to amplify the voices of the marginalized through her social media posts.

Pura Luka Vega

Last but not the least is someone who inspired many from the LGBTQIA+ community to speak up and heed the call of letting everyone know that drag is not a crime. Pura Luka Vega made sure they will leave a long-lasting legacy in the drag community with their activism and artistry.
