Despite paying the said amount, the business picked the remains up four hours after the agreed time.</p><p>Apart from the delayed pick-up of Hope’s remains, Christian was shocked to see that his pet wasn’t cleaned up and was carelessly displayed. The actor shared how heartbroken he was after seeing the remains of his pet of over seven years being mistreated just like that.</p><p>“Pag dating namin dun si Hope nakabalandra lang dun hindi man lang inayos ang panget sa pakiramdam &#x27;yun kasi last time makikita &#x27;yung someone I dearly love, alam ko hindi lahat maintindihan nararamdaman ko. Pamilya ko kasi &#x27;yun malaki siyang part ng support system ko,” he shared.</p><p>This alleged failure of the crematorium service prompted Christian to demand a public apology from them.</p><p>“Ang mga hayop, of all kinds and sizes, ay hindi hayop LANG. They are breathing, living beings worthy of love, care, attention, and RESPECT. Hope is a family to me. She is a huge part of my emotional support system. Mga animals man o mga tao, buhay mang nakakasama natin o namayapa na. Salamat sa pag gabay at pag laban kasama ko para kay Hope,” he added.</p><p>Christian, through Calinisan Domino and Beron Law Offices, is expecting the said apology within five days or further legal actions will be filed against the crematorium service provider.</p>
