Streaming giant Netflix announced that it is set to unveil Netflix House in 2025, a venue where fans can immerse and be transported into the world of their favorite shows.

"At Netflix House, you can enjoy regularly updated immersive experiences, indulge in retail therapy, and get a taste — literally — of your favorite Netflix series and films through unique food and drink offerings," Netflix’s Chief Marketing Officer Marian Lee remarked in a press release by the streaming platform.

She added: "We’ve launched more than 50 experiences in 25 cities, and Netflix House represents the next generation of our distinctive offerings. The venues will bring our beloved stories to life in new, ever-changing, and unexpected ways."

The first two locations of the Netflix House will open at King of Prussia in Pennsylvania and Galleria Dallas next year. Both Netflix Houses will be situated in former department store locations, each covering more than 100,000 square feet. Fans can enjoy impressive sculptures and a vibrant mural featuring characters from popular Netflix titles outside these spaces.

Netflix shared that the Netflix House was inspired by the previous live experiences for shows like Bridgerton, Money Heist, Stranger Things, and Squid Game, among others. This time, Netflix House "will go one step further and create an unforgettable venue to explore your favorite Netflix stories and characters beyond the screen year-round."

Since its launch in 2007, Netflix has grown to become the most-subscribed video on-demand streaming service, boasting over 269.6 million paid memberships across more than 190 countries as of April 2024.

As of October 2023, Netflix ranks as the 24th most-visited website globally.

Netflix titles also bagged several prestigious awards including Oscar Awards for Roma, Marriage Story, and Ma Rainey's Black Bottom. Netflix also received numerous Emmy Awards for series like The Crown, Stranger Things, The Queen's Gambit, and Squid Game.
