For a long time in history, women have been set aside and silenced. SIX changes all that as it gives a platform for six powerful ladies of history to finally be heard and tell their story, rather, “herstory”.

SIX puts the spotlight on the six wives of England’s infamous King Henry VIII. They were, in order of marriage: Catherine of Aragon, Anne Boleyn, Jane Seymour, Anna of Cleves, Katherine Howard, and Catherine Parr. Each woman was given a few pages in history, but now they are gearing up to own the Manila stage as they reclaim their own narrative.

“Welcome to the show, to the histo-remix” goes a line from “Ex-Wives”, one of the songs in the production’s line up. Each queen will be portrayed as the fierce force that they are, as they retell their story in the style of modern pop stars.

GMG Productions has released the full list of queens for the SIX international tour. The powerful cast includes Billie Kerr as Catherine of Aragon, Yna Tresvalles as Anne Boleyn, Liberty Stottor as Jane Seymour, Hannah Victoria as Anna of Cleves, Lizzie Emery as Katherine Howard, and Eloise Lord as Catherine Parr. They are joined by alternates Izzy Formby-Jackson, Lorren Santo-Quinn, Erin Summerhayes, and Milly Willows.

SIX the musical is created and written by Toby Marlow and Lucy Moss, with direction by Lucy Moss and Jamie Armitage. Its Manila leg will run only from October 4 to 20, 2024 at The Theatre at Solaire, with tickets sold exclusively via TicketWorld.
