Dennis Trillo expressed that he remains unaffected with the previous issue on social media about the rude comments his TikTok account made earlier this month. In an interview with entertainment reporter Nelson Canlas, the Kapuso actor maintained that the comments made under his account were not by him but by someone who hacked him.

The TikTok comments of Dennis have since been deleted from his account.

“Ayoko magpa-apekto dahil hindi naman totoo ‘yung mga naririnig ko, mga nabasa kong comments, dahil syempre na-hack nga ‘yung account ko,” Dennis said.

Dennis added that he deeply respects the media conglomerate as he was a product of the Kapamilya network before his transfer to GMA.

“Sa 20 years dito sa industriya na ‘to, wala po akong naging kaaway, wala akong napagsalitaan ng masama,” he said.

“Wala po akong anything against ABS-CBN. Mataas po ang respeto ko sa kanila,” Dennis clarified. “Doon ako nanggaling at syempre ang respeto mahalaga sa kin yan–– pinapahalagahan ko yan.”

“Ako po ay ‘di sasagot ng ganoong klaseng comments sa isang simpleng tanong. Kaya kong sagutin ‘yan with full respect at hindi sa ganoong manner,” he ended.

His talent management, Aguila Entertainment, previously denied the TikTok comments that were made under Dennis’ account. They claimed that the actor’s account was hacked during the times the comments were made and that it couldn’t possibly be him as he was busy on set for a project at that time.

“We would like [to] inform the public that Dennis Trillo’s TikTok account has been hacked around noontime today, July 1, 2024. There were some comments made using his name and we assure everyone that it was not his doing… We are currently fixing the matter to avoid this incident from happening again,” the statement wrote.

Meanwhile, Dennis is busy starring in a new series, Pulang Araw, which is also headlined by Barbie Forteza, David Licauco, Alden Richards, and Sanya Lopez.
