<p>Catriona Gray took to social media to pen a heartwarming birthday message for her mother Mita Gray.</p><p>&quot;Happy Birthday to my forever young mama bear 🐻 @mitagray I say this all the time but I&#x27;m really so blessed that God chose you to be my mother,&quot; the beauty queen wrote.</p><p>The Miss Universe 2018 highlighted that it has been empowering to experience growth alongside her mother.</p><p>&quot;I always thought being a mother was just about seeing and helping your little one grow, but it&#x27;s been so empowering seeing you grow alongside me. 🥹 You&#x27;re constantly teaching me so much and it&#x27;s been so healing and joy giving to see you live out your dreams and heal your inner child. I&#x27;m forever grateful 🙏 to have you in my life.&quot;</p><p>Last June, Catriona and her mom visited Kyoto, Kapan.</p><p>In an Instagram post, the beauty queen shared snapshots of a cafe that she discovered with her mom in the Japanese city.</p><p>&quot;The dreamiest little cafe in Kyoto ☕️ Stumbled on this little gem tucked within the quiet streets of the city.
