Barbie Forteza on working with David Licauco: ‘Magaling naman siya magpakilig’

<p>Having started out in showbiz earlier as compared to her current love team partner, actress Barbie Forteza said that David Licauco already has the talent to match up with her onscreen while doing their scenes for their first movie together That Kind of Love.</p><p>“Ang maganda kasi kay David, very expressive yung mata niya. Pag natutunan niya na to work around it, magaling naman siya magpakilig. Sa lahat ng proyekto namin nakikita ko yung confidence at comfortability niyang umarte, given na mahiyain siya. Hindi mahiyain ma makikita mo sa set, talagang actor na David yun makikita mo.</p><p>&quot;Game siya, willing, at in character siya makikita mo na unti unti nabubuo yung passion niya for acting, for the craft, which I admire kasi medyo nasundan ko yung mga projects niya. He is not the type of person to open up to all of you. Which we all find it very challenging kung tayo man ang tumayo sa kanyang position. i think we would just like for respect of privacy na people like David na gustong ihiwalay ang professional life at magbloom ang kanyang career,” she explained. </p><p>With fans of their “BarDa” love team growing in popularity with each project they do, Barbie shared how she and David share their fondness for each other without crossing the line past friendship.</p><p>“The kind of love I have for David is hindi agad agad. Nung na-reach namin yung level of friendship na kailangan namin to make the partnership work, the love I have for David is more of taga-guide, taga-support, as a hype man. Hindi ko na ma-describe kung gaano kalaki yung suporta niya sa akin, pero hindi ko magagawa ng comfortable yung ginagawa ko ngayon kung hindi siya full suppport sa akin.
