Hirap na hirap akong makatulog since it happened. Anxiety and PTSDs are hard to beat,” he wrote, citing signs of post-traumatic stress disorder.</p><p>He revealed that his trauma has been haunting him everyday and shared how the traumatic experience has been affecting him until the present.</p><p>“Diring-diri pa din ako sa sarili ko. Napakahirap tanggapin lahat ng ginawa sa ‘kin,” he added.</p><p>Sandro shared how he doesn’t want anyone to experience any form of sexual abuse, admitting how hard life has been for him lately.</p><p>“Ayoko mangyari sa iba ‘yung ginawa sa ‘kin. Kaya sinabi ko sa kapatid ko na sana ‘wag mangyari sa kanya ‘yung nangyari sa ‘kin, kasi hirap na hirap na ‘ko,” he continued.</p><p>Despite trying his best for the sake of his family, the Kapuso actor revealed how difficult it has been to shield them from his pain.</p><p>“I’m trying my best to be okay para hindi mag-alala ‘yung pamilya ko lalo na ‘yung mommy ko na nasa Amerika na araw-araw umiiyak dahil sinisisi niya ang sarili niya na malayo siya at hindi ako maprotektahan,” he shared. “But the truth is, hindi ako okay.”</p><div><a href="https://push.abs-cbn.com/2024/8/2/sandro-muhlach-files-complaint-against-gma-independent-contractors-1018"><strong>READ: Sandro Muhlach files complaint against GMA independent contractors<br/></strong></a></div><p>He expressed his gratitude towards his family and friends who continuously check on his welfare. He asserted that the truth will come out soon and he is standing up not just for himself, but for everyone who has experienced sexual abuse.</p><p>“Ang laban ko ay para din sa lahat ng inabuso. The truth will prevail,” he ended.</p><p>Meanwhile, Sandro formally filed a complaint of rape through sexual assault against the two independent contractors, Jojo Nones and Richard Cruz, last August 19 at the Department of Justice.</p><p>His legal camp is confident that their complaint will push through as the evidence against the two contractors are strong.</p><p>“The evidence is strong. We have the evidence that we need. We will get the justice that Sandro deserves,” the legal camp told the press.</p>
