This comes a day after Suga was found by a police officer who tried to help him after he fell from the electric scooter. The police officer then smelled alcohol from the BTS member and took him to the police station.

“After drinking at a dinner yesterday night, I rode an electric scooter home. I violated the Road Traffic Act due to my complacent thinking that it was a short distance and my failure to recognize that using an electric scooter while intoxicated was prohibited,” he wrote.

Meanwhile, BigHit Music shared their official statement about Suga’s drunk driving incident. The entertainment label maintained that nobody was hurt from the incident and properties weren’t damaged as well.
