Hollywood actor Chris Hemsworth became part of Ed Sheeran's "Mathematics" concert in Bucharest, Romania as a drummer.

Chris participation in Ed's show is part of his stint in the second season of his documentary Limitless.

"Maybe the most nerve-racking stunt I’ve done yet for Limitless... learn drums and play live on stage to 70,000 people with @teddysphotos 🤷😬," Chris posted on Instagram.

He added: "Thanks Ed for scaring the shit outta me!"

The actor also shared that Limitless season 2 is set to be released in 2025 on Disney+.

Fans online were quick to react to Chris' post.

In an Instagram post, Ed shared how Chris got onboard as a drummer in his Mathematics concert in Bucharest.

"Chris emailed me last December saying he is doing a documentary on cognitive health and the benefits of learning instruments. He came to visit me and he has learned drums since. He's coming on stage, in front of 70,000 [fans]," Ed relayed.

During the show, Ed informed the crowd was Chris was playing as their drummer, much to the delight of the fans.

"He's been on stage playing with us the whole time. Make some noise for Chris Hemsworth!" Ed told the crowd.

Following the performance, Ed handed a trophy to Chris.

"You really did well. [This] participation award presented to Chris Hemsworth for drumming excellence," Ed told Chris as he gave him the trophy.

The first season of the documentary was released in November 2022.
