Gymnastics Association of the Philippines (GAP) President Cynthia Carrion is eyeing to have the three Yulo siblings—Carlos, Eldrew, and Ace Yulo—to compete for their team in gymnastics in the Los Angeles Olympics in 2028.

"The three Yulos will be competing. [Ysa] will be with the WAG (women’s artistic gymnastics)," Cynthia projected in an interview with Atty. Karen Jimeno in At The Forefront of the Bilyonaryo News Channel.

Cynthia highlighted that the goal is for the siblings, alongside another gymnastic athlete Ivan Cruz, to bag medals at the next Olympics.

"I want them to have a medal for the team which is Carlos, Eldrew, Miguel, Ivan, and Ace—so now they’re training hard, they have four years so this will be my team,” she remarked.

This November, Eldrew and Ysa will take part in the JRC Stars Artistic Gymnastics Championships, which will be held in Bangkok, Thailand.

Cynthia also forecasted that Carlos will bag more medals in LA 2028.

"[Carlos] told me, 'Ma’am, I will try to get a gold in the all-around,' which means he would have to do his best for the six apparatus plus vault, floor, parallel bars—so around four to five medals," she relayed.

Following his big wins at the Paris Olympics, Carlos recently returned to France for a brand engagement. The athlete will then go back to training before taking a vacation in the Philippines.

"He's leaving for Paris again in September for Toyota [where] he has deliverables. So, he's going to Toyota, and that's his last. After that, he's going to come back," Cynthia relayed in a previous interview with ABS-CBN News.

"Of course, he's going to continue training because a gymnast cannot be without training. And then he's going to go on vacation," she shared.

Carlos became the first Filipino athlete to bag two medals at the Olympics. He clinched gold medals at the floor exercise finals and the vault finals in the men's artistic gymnastics in Paris.
