Kaila Estrada shares how she prepares for heavy scenes in her acting projects

<p>Kaila Estrada has played heavy roles in her recent projects including in <a href="https://ent.abs-cbn.com/linlang2023"><em><strong>Linlang</strong></em></a> and <a href="https://ent.abs-cbn.com/cantbuymelove"><em><strong>Can&#x27;t Buy Me Love</strong></em></a><em><strong></strong>.</em></p><p>In an interview with Luis Manzano for his YouTube vlog, Kaila shared how she usually prepares for intense scenes in her television projects.  </p><p>&quot;For me it depends. I think isolating yourself helps a lot, parang it sort of keep yourself in focus. I feel like that helps, get [the emotions] ready,&quot; she relayed.</p><p>Kaila also shared that she also studies the journey of her character.</p><p>&quot;I like to go into the emotional journey of the character and see how I can relate to that. Lagi kong sinasabi na I&#x27;m just really so grateful na ganun &#x27;yung naging response kasi parang na-validate ako and &#x27;yung hard work ko.&quot;</p><p>&quot;It&#x27;s what inspires me to continue doing what I love to do because there are people who really appreciate it so I feel like it makes it so fulfilling for me. And parang nava-validate rin na tama &#x27;yung choices ko in life. Never ko naman siya naisip na ganun. But when I started taping, when I started working, that&#x27;s when I realized ang hirap nito. I feel like I have two now though, horror or action, so something around the psycho-thriller genre or action,&quot; she said.</p>
