<p>Actress Coleen Garcia gave a heartfelt tribute to her late father-in-law, Jack Crawford, who passed away last weekend.</p><p>On her social media page, Coleen shared how Billy Crawford’s dad will leave a memory of a strong and joyful person for their family.</p><p>“Until the very end, even on his last days, he remained strong, jolly, and quick-witted.
