<p>Singer-songwriter Leila Alcasid and her boyfriend Curtismith announced their engagement earlier this week to the surprise of netizens. Leila showed off the beautiful diamond ring that Curtismith gave her.</p><p>Family and celebrity friends expressed their happiness for the couple in the comment section. Netizens sent their congratulatory messages as well and took notice of how big the diamond ring is.</p><p>“The Lord bless you both. I am truly beyond happy for you two. Love you❤️❤️❤️ congratulations,” Ogie Alcasid wrote.</p><p>“Omgggg IM SO HAPPY FOR YOU GUYS!!!! You truly deserve each other. My rule of thumb is never leave the house with negative energy,” he previously said.</p><p>Leila and Curtismith met through mutual friends in the music industry. In an interview with <a href="https://push.abs-cbn.com"><strong>PUSH</strong></a>, she revealed that he was the first Filipino she ever dated.</p><p>“It’s been fun. He’s a really nice guy,” she said.</p>
