<p>Drew Arellano and Iya Villania announced that they are expecting their fifth child.</p><p>In an Instagram post on Wednesday, September 4, the couple shared a clip of their family dancing to the tune of &quot;Mambo No. 5.&quot;</p><p>By the end of the video, the couple revealed the sonogram of their fifth baby.</p><p>Celebrity friends and fans of the couple were quick to react to the news.</p><p>&quot;Iba!!!!
