It is said that ambition can be a two-edged sword. It pushes one to excel; on the other hand, fierce determination can inspire negative feelings such as envy when things don’t go according to plan. The latter sounds true for Jill (Alyssa Muhlach), who, out of her desire to become Lolo Hugo (Ronaldo Valdez)’s favorite assistant, created a competition between her and Ali (Kathryn Bernardo). Check out her ‘plastic’ and most hated moments via this Kapamilya Toplist of scenes from 2 Good 2 Be True.

How do you spot a mean girl? Watch out if she gives the “new girl” a sullen look from head to toe. That’s how Jill reacted upon seeing Ali at Lolo Hugo’s mansion for the first time. She wanted to appear intimidating but lost it when Badong (Smokey Manaloto) introduced Ali as a VIP.

Threatened, Jill prayed Ali gets kicked out of the house; if not, she’d make her want to quit. She made her look bad to others. If you see her headed to the kitchen, there’s a big chance she’d be exchanging fake news about Ali with fellow ‘Marites’ Gemma (Pamu Pamora) and Chubs (Via Antonio).

At one point, she spotted a ring on Ali’s finger and took it as a sign of a gold digger. She assumed it was given by Lolo Hugo. But the truth is it was a gift from Ali’s mother, Margie (Gelli de Belen). When Ali was rushed to the hospital after fainting, Jill assumed it was caused by her secret pregnancy, courtesy of Lolo Hugo. She didn't even give Ali the chance to explain until the rumors spread among the employees.

In some scenes, Eloy (Daniel Padilla) would eavesdrop on Jill and the helpers’ conversations about Ali. He laughed as Jill got embarrassed when called Lolo Hugo’s “apo sa malayong kamag-anak" – the perfect retort to her who loves using her “relation” to Lolo Hugo to intimidate others.

At some point, we felt sorry for her. We know she just wanted to be appreciated for the amount of loyalty and hard work she gives. But instead of playing fair, she let jealousy take over. She accused Ali of seducing Lolo Hugo, which she believes made her replaceable. Later on, her determination to find out if Ali has been hired because Lolo Hugo is in a bad shape resulted in rejection she dreaded to receive.

Jill has become meaner since. She no longer hides her distaste towards Ali. And one time, she locked horns with Margie, who heard all her awful allegations about our heroine.

Teasers for the next episodes hint at Jill’s alliance with the ‘kontrabidas’ in Eloy and Ali’s lives. Do you think it’d still be possible for her to change her negative behavior? Follow Jill’s character in 2 Good 2 Be True, weeknights, on Kapamilya Channel, Kapamilya Online Live, and A2Z.
