<a href="https://ent.abs-cbn.com/2good2betrue">2 Good 2 Be True</a> co-stars Bianca de Vera and Gillian Vicencio showed good potential with firearms (manifesting an action project for them!) as they bond in a shooting range, plus you wouldn’t want to miss the prank call at the end that proves ReTox is solid.In Bianca’s recent vlog episode on her YouTube channel, she invited Gillian to join her in a target shooting activity hoping this would help the latter overcome her fear of guns. She also senses that Gillian, being the badass woman that she is, will be good at weapon handling, “Deep inside my heart, iniisip ko feeling ko para sa kanya ‘to. I feel like there’s something in her na, feeling ko may pagka-pulis ka kasi na genes, eh.” Well, her prediction turned out accurate.The two had separate instructors who taught them techniques and safety rules such as getting familiar with the gun, proper stance, how to hold their aim, and how to pull the trigger.Fire! Gillian was so close to hitting the bull’s eye on her first attempt, then, she amazingly did it on her second try. Bianca, who declared, “’Pag na-shoot ko ‘to sa gitna, magkaka-jowa ako this year,” failed to hit the main target but showed improvement with every shot.The novices felt their heart race during the activity but they can’t deny the feel-good explosion of thrill, as Gillian puts it, “Nakakakaba siya sobra, as in, lalo na ‘pag hawak mo na ‘yung baril tapos alam mo nang may bala. Nakakanginig siya, promise. Pero kapag nabaril mo na siya, sobrang solid.” While she’s still scared of guns, she takes her performance as a sign of overcoming her fear soon. It also helped that she’s naturally competitive.Meanwhile, Bianca realizes that target shooting can be therapeutic, “Nakakataas siya ng adrenaline… It’s nice. I get why other people choose this as their sport or hobby. Parang nakakalabas ka ng weight off your shoulder. Kasi bago mo siya i-shoot, parang may bigat ng feeling tapos ‘pag pinakawalan mo, ang sarap, ‘di ba?”They add that the gunshot sound can be startling while the smell of gun smoke reminds them of firecrackers every New Year. They also advise those who would like to try target shooting to listen intently to the instructors and have fun with the activity as they did.“Nag-enjoy ako kasi parang naging bonding moment na rin natin. It’s a really good bonding. You should try it with the people you really want to stay in your life forever,” Bianca muses. Gillian reacts, “Wow! So, gano’n ako sa’yo,” to which Bianca replies, “Oo naman! Forever ‘tong friendship natin.” PaTox is our new BFF goals!Before the episode ends, Bianca took on a prank-call dare and dials Yves Flores. She pretended that Gillian called for help after a road accident in Quezon City but has then gone out of reach. She asked Yves if Gillian tried to contact him as well, to which he answered “no” but he is willing to travel from Manila to Quezon City right away. “Saan sa QC? Punta ako do’n,” he worried. As the prank was revealed, Yves reacts that he’s about to call Matt Evans for rescue. Awww.
