It’s an acting test with “2 Good 2 Be True” stars Matt Evans and Yves Flores as they take on the Emoji Challenge in Kapamilya Chat.

The mechanics: React to the given scenario using only facial expressions akin to emojis. The Kapamilya actors went wacky and candid in the game, for instance, portraying the ‘raising brows’ for Matt and ‘rolling eyes’ emoji for Yves when asked how they’d react to a ‘Marites’ spreading rumors about them.

We got to see how cute the ‘surprised emoji’ is personified as the guests acted so when asked how they’d react to bae’s surprise gift.

If they win the lottery, Matt will look victorious while Yves will probably faint. Next question, if they’re called to ABS-CBN Executive Charo Santos’ office, the guys will go there confidently. They’d like to think it’s for a new project and not a violation. Besides, the lady boss rarely gets mad. As Matt put it, “Parang hindi ko pa nakitang magalit si Ma’am Charo. Parang ‘pag nakita mo si Ma’am Charo na nagalit, parang ikaw na ‘ata ‘yung may pinakamalaking kasalanan sa mundo.”

They’d use the ‘party emoji’ if their new series, “2 Good 2 Be True,” maintains high ratings. Yves reacted, “Siyempre pinagpaguran namin ‘yun. Ang init kaya doon sa location namin!”
