When it comes to giving your partner a special gift, nothing beats the effort and love that you can put into a handcrafted item. For example, you can draw your boyfriend/girlfriend. It doesn’t have to be perfect, but it will surely feel more intimate and personal and it can be a lot of fun.

In this episode of Kapamilya Chat, Yves Flores and Gillian Vicencio drew each other while locking eyes and exchanging compliments.

The drawings turned out to be unique works of art. Gillian liked Yves’ output, so much that she wants to have it framed.

Meanwhile, on the compliment part, the two low-key expressed appreciation for each other’s best qualities. Yves said that he’s glad to have found a confidant in Gillian, “Kahit paulit-ulit na ‘yung mga rants ko, nakikinig siya. Hindi siyanagsasawa. Anytime pwede siya tawagan.” He also described her as one of the prettiest faces he’s seen in showbiz. But she looks even prettier on that particular day.

In turn, Gillian expressed admiration for Yves’ cute smile and his acting talent. She also finds him funny, caring, and “very malambing at talagang nag-e-effort.”

The two are back with a new online series! Titled “ReTox: 2 Be Continued,” it follows the unexpected love story of Red (Yves) and Tox (Gillian), their characters in the hit teleserye “2 Good 2 Be True” which was topbilled by Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla in 2022.

Part 1 of the series will drop on August 1 to 4, and Part 2 on August 8 to 11, at 6 PM, on ABS-CBN Entertainment's YouTube channel.
