<p>Beginning last year, this mobile wallet app has started recognizing its partners in the public sector along with key individuals who have made contributions to building a financially-inclusive country. </p><p>Named the GCash Digital Excellence Awards, it is a program organized by GCash for institutions that pioneered digital finance programs to help guarantee the safe and efficient delivery of their services.</p><p>2022 proves to be a momentous time for the brand as it will be the first time that partners from the Enterprise and MSME sector will be recognized for their programs promoting digital excellence. </p><div class="embed-wrap"><figure data-feedback="fb:likes,fb:comments"><img alt="Photo source: GCash" src="https://sa.kapamilya.com/absnews/abscbnnews/media/2022/advertorial/03/31/01_dea-mother-kv.jpg"/><figcaption>Photo source: GCash</figcaption></figure></div><p>The GCash Digital Excellence Awards was held on March 31, 2022, through an exclusive virtual event. The evening&#x27;s festivities were hosted by seasoned host and fitness enthusiast Gelli Victor and VP for Corporate Communications and Public Affairs of GCash Chito Maniago. These awards include the Industry Pioneer Award, the Innovation &amp; Growth Award, and the Transformative Ecosystem Award. </p><p>The <strong>Industry Pioneer Award </strong>was given to partners who embraced digitization and changed the game with GCash in the early stages of its journey. (TSPI), and Paynamics Technologies, Inc.</p><p>Meanwhile, the <strong>Innovation &amp; Growth Award </strong>recognizes organizations that have established revolutionary programs together with GCash. (Semirara, DMCI Constructions, and DMCI Homes), Robinsons Supermarket Corporation, Nestlé Philippines, Inc., Chris Marr Corporation, Suyen Corporation, Angkas (DBDOYC, Inc.), Pay&amp;Go (BTI Payments Philippines, Inc.), New Las Piñas Market (New Las Piñas City Public Market), Ministop, Appboxo Pte Ltd, Concentrix Daksh Services Philippines Corporation, and BDO Unibank, Inc. were recognized because of the specific initiatives and programs they spearheaded that stood the test of time. </p><p>Lastly, the prestigious <strong>Transformative Ecosystem Award </strong>was given to companies who have fully imbibed the digital lifestyle by integrating various solutions of GCash into their ecosystem. These companies have quickly responded to changing needs of customers and are proven advocates of digital transformation.
