These stories inspired the talented singer-songwriters, The Juans, and SB19, as well as other TM ambassadors, to come together and craft a song that represents the spirit of teamwork. Among the stories that inspired the artists is that of Khely Arroyo, a registered electrical engineer who works as a vendor management specialist. Arroyo shared the challenges of growing up with limited means and the importance of having friends who are always there to offer support.&quot;Sa edad na 16, napilitan akong pumili ng isang kurso na ayaw ko dahil ito ang nag-aalok ng pinakamalaking allowance sa pamamagitan ng scholarship. They are a constant reminder na &#x27;yung worries ko ay fraction lang ng buhay ko, mas malaking fraction &#x27;yung mga magagandang bagay, &#x27;yung core ko - sila at ang aking pamilya.&quot; (These friends of mine, be it walking with me while I reach my goal of 10K steps per day, or having coffee with me at a fast-food chain, or just chatting on social media, they always make me feel that my feelings are valid, especially my worries. When I share with them my heavy feelings, it gets lighter. They are a constant reminder that my worries are just a fraction of my life. The beautiful things are a bigger fraction, my core - my friends and my family.)Another inspiring story comes from Rizza Lauren Reodique, a graduating student, who shared that &quot;solid support system talaga &#x27;yung mga taong laging nandyan para sa akin na lagi rin handa makinig sa kung ano man pinagdadaanan ko.&quot; (The people who are always there for me and are always willing to listen to whatever I am going through are really a solid support system.)When asked what she would when she achieves her goals and dreams, she said&quot;Sana mas maging masaya at kuntento sa buhay. At the same time gusto ko rin makapagbigay sa mga tao na tumulong sa akin along the way. Gusto ko rin makatulong sa iba na maabot kung ano man din ang pangarap nila.&quot; (I hope to be happy and content with life. At the same time, I also want to be able to give back to the people who helped me along the way.
