Po, Executive Vice President and Treasurer of Arthaland.</p><p>It is also the first and only triple-certified building in the Philippines that received the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Platinum rating, Building for Ecologically Responsive Design Excellence (BERDE) 5-star certification, and the Excellence is Design for Greater Efficiencies (EDGE) Zero Carbon certification, which is the highest and most prestigious certifications in green building rating standards.</p><p>Arthaland, which was designed by Skidmore, Owings &amp; Merrill (SOM) of New York, the same architect responsible for the One World Trade Center in New York City and the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, currently has two other office buildings under construction that are slated to bring more accolades to the country. </p><p>The Cebu Exchange is a landmark business ecosystem at the gateway of the Cebu I.T. park.
