Not only because he’s able to fulfill his dreams of entering show business, but he is also blessed to be the best father to his 9-year-old daughter Adrianna Gabrielle, or Ellie.</p><p>People have looked up to how he puts efforts in being the loving and protective dad that Ellie is blessed with. The Kapamilya actor admits that he’s actually a private person, but when it comes to his daughter Ellie, he would always share to the whole world how proud he is of her and how he loves her very much.</p><p>For instance, netizens and fans would always be inspired by their father-and-daughter relationship since they seem to be the best of friends. On Jake’s Instagram account, we’ll see many pictures of them together that show their irreplaceable bonding moments together. It’s also safe to say that his co-parenting with Andi Eigenmann has been going well.</p><p>In an interview with ABS-CBN showbiz correspondent MJ Felipe, he describes his beloved daughter as “turning into a really sweet and obedient kid”. Meanwhile, in his first guesting in <a href="https://ent.abs-cbn.com/magandangbuhay"><strong><u>Magandang Buhay</u></strong></a>, he shared to the momshie-hosts that it was actually only before the pandemic when he got the chance to travel with Ellie. And one of their most memorable travels were in Hongkong because it was their first time to travel abroad together.</p><p>That’s why when the pandemic came, it really became a challenge for him to think of other activities he could do with her every time they bond together, since she easily gets bored. She’ll always have me.”</p><p>On that same interview, Jake also recalled that when Ellie was born, he was actually still in Singapore where he was finishing his studies. One of the things that makes Jake’s heart full and very happy is when Ellie tells him simple things like “I miss you” and those random times when he receives “I miss you’s” from her that he really appreciates and treasures.</p><p>“The biggest adjustment was hindi na lang sarili ko ‘yung iniisip ko, because I have another human being, another soul to take care of, to nurture,” he shared, adding that he has really made his daughter the center of his life.
