<p>The recognition was a long time coming but Helm, the fine dining restaurant of Fil-Brit Chef Josh Boutwood, has officially entered the 50 Best radar. His other restaurants are Test Kitchen Manila and Savage. I believe that this recognition is going to be a major part of the recovery of the restaurant industry, when our economy opens up and our guests can once again indulge in gastronomic experiences.
