In the past three decades that he has been in the industry, we indeed have witnessed John Prats grow and mature from being one of the talented child stars we truly adore, up to the present that he’s not just among the ensemble cast of <a href="https://ent.abs-cbn.com/angprobinsyano">FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano</a>, but also one of its brilliant directors. However, it’s not only him who grew right before eyes, but his beloved younger sister Camille, too! Those who grew up in the 90s (or earlier) would surely know that they were two of the biggest child and teen stars during that time. Their first regular showbiz stint was in the iconic youth-oriented variety program “Ang TV,” wherein they were among the pioneers.It was succeeded by their appearance together in the teen drama G-Mik that ran from 1999 to 2002, then in the films “Ang TV: The Movie: The Adarna Adventure” (1996) and “Jologs” (2002).They may go on separate paths after Camille transferred to another media company in the early 2000s, but their closeness has remained and even got stronger as time goes by. In the past years, we have spotted them celebrating together the occasions in their continuously growing family through their posts on social media. Despite their busy schedule, they didn’t forget to greet one another on their milestones and birthdays. In his greeting for her younger sister’s birthday in 2021, the <a href="https://ent.abs-cbn.com/angprobinsyano">FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano</a> actor-director posted a throwback photo of them in their teenage years that he captioned: “Nakakamiss ka na dahil bihira tayo makapag usap. Sana soon. And alam mo naman na andito lang ako kung kailangan mo ako. Ang tanging hiling ko lang ay lagi ka maging masaya. Yun lang! I love you” (sic).The celebrity siblings also became partners in the businesses they put up, such as the family-own educational institution they founded in 2014, as well as the Bright Bulb Productions they started a few years ago along with their friends Angelica Panganiban and Sam Milby and John’s now-wife Isabel Oli.May all of us have lovely relationships with our brothers or sisters, just like John and Camille have!
