5 times Charo Santos masterfully showed her versatility in FPJ's Ang Probinsyano

Nothing can compare to the star power and versatility of award-winning actress Charo Santos, who currently displays her flair for both dramatic and action-packed scenes in FPJ's Ang Probinsyano. Check out this Friday 5 video featuring her enthralling moments as Ramona in the long-running series.

As the leader of a patriotic group, Ramona stuns in perfectly choreographed gunfight scenes. We first witnessed her badass skills having commanded her teammates to take Cardo (Coco Martin)'s body from the bridge where he fought and eventually killed Lito (Richard Gutierrez). The Black Ops spotted Ramona's group en route to their hiding place, igniting an intense battle that will extend for days. She ordered her fellow farmers and fighters to block the enemies. The farmers manage to secure their territory at the expense of many lives, which will become a test of Ramona's leadership ability.

As the war continued, Ramona looked after Cardo. An elderly woman said Cardo would need a miracle to survive. If so, Ramona would breathe him that miracle. She prayed for his life. She whispered words of encouragement to a still unconscious Cardo, telling him that he is unbreakable and still has a big mission to accomplish for the country. In this scene, we witnessed Charo's proven brilliance in drama and felt her character's pain seeing Cardo in a life-or-death situation.

Charo is a strong and inspiring girl boss in real life. And she brought this fierceness to a scene where she bestowed grit to the then-withering fighters. She told them to not be scared, more so, to not question her decision of harboring Cardo. It wasn't in a form of pleading but by command, proving her power as the group's torchbearer.

A series of flashbacks likewise captured her credibility as their group's leader, leaving everyone in the dust with her shooting skills. In the scene, Ramona is seen honing a teenage Cardo (Nash Aguas)'s marksmanship. The adrenaline peaked the moment Ramona loaded her gun and demonstrated how target shooting is done.

Viewers were then blessed with a visually-captivating display of greatness through Charo's reunion scene with Coco. The two drenched the moment in tearful longing as Ramona explained that she didn't die from an encounter. She just left to give Cardo his wings, so he can pursue his dream to serve the country as a cop. After granting Cardo answers and clarity, Ramona vowed to form an alliance with him from then on.
