Coco Martin set to return on primetime with “FPJ's Batang Quiapo”

<p>Following the successful seven-year run of his iconic teleserye “<a href="https://ent.abs-cbn.com/angprobinsyano" target="_blank"><u><strong>FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano</strong></u></a>,” Coco Martin is set to be back on primetime reprising another FPJ classic – and <a href="https://ent.abs-cbn.com/articles-photos/in-photos-meet-the-powerhouse-cast-of-fpjs-batang-quiapo-16025" target="_blank"><u><strong>he is joined by a huge all-star cast</strong></u></a>.</p><p>Dreamscape Entertainment surprised fans last Monday, December 5, with its announcement of the modern retelling of Fernando Poe Jr.’s 1986 film “<strong>Batang Quiapo</strong>.” That alone is enough to send us waves of excitement. He meets a young female thief named Maria (Maricel Soriano) asking him to take her as an apprentice, but instead, he tries to put her on the right path.</p>

Coco Martin is set to return on primetime - even stronger as he is joined by acting heavyweights in the TV remake of FPJ’s Batang Quiapo.
