In "Labyu with an Accent," we witness the ups and downs of Gabo (Coco Martin) and Tricia (Jodi Sta. Maria) in their whirlwind fake relationship.

Tricia (Jodi) is a businesswoman based in the United States but after catching her business partner turned fiance cheating, she returns to the Philippines to heal her heart. Fate takes the wheel and gives her a serendipitous encounter with “jack-of-all-trades,” Gabo (Coco), who is also looking for a fresh start. After availing of Gabo’s “Ultimate Jowa Experience,” Tricia is swept off of her feet in the limited time she has in the country. But when Tricia leaves, at long last Gabo accepts his cousin’s offer in the US to follow her. There, Tricia hatches a plan to keep her domineering father from taking her ex-fiance back for the family business. She makes Gabo act as a extremely wealthy businessman and her new boyfriend!
