Rise artists Aljon, JC, Anthony, and Jeremiah reveal their funny sides on “Truth or Dare”

<p>Rise Artists Aljon Mendoza, JC Alcantara, Anthony Jennings, and Jeremiah Lisbo proved they’re complete package – good looks, talent, big heart, and comedy chops. Yes, these future leading men have some humor in them, revealed in this edition of “Truth or Dare.”</p><p>“Truth or Dare” is part of ABS-CBN and ABS-CBN Foundation’s “Tulong-Tulong sa Pag-ahon: Isang Daan Sa Pagtutulungan” fund-raising drive that aims to feed survivors of Typhoon Odette. Combining charity and entertainment, the guest artists would take on truth-or-dare questions for every ‘milestone’ or target amount of diamonds donated to livestreaming app Kumu.</p><div> </div><div><iframe allow="accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture" allowfullscreen="" frameBorder="0" height="500" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/GdBzSGu0myQ" title="YouTube video player" width="599"></iframe></div><div> </div><p>Aljon, JC, Anthony, and Jeremiah got candid in answering questions from Kapamilyas. JC, for example, confessed that he “ghosted” his fellow Rise artist Gillian Vicencio. That was before they entered showbiz. He said they dated before and their chemistry showed real good potential, “Noong nagko-commercial kaming dalawa, nagde-date kami n’un. DInala ko pa siya sa simbahan. Gustong-gusto rin ng Mama niya na maging kami, as in love ako ng Mama niya. Sabi sa akin ni Gillian, ‘Ikaw lang pinayagan ng Mama ko na makipag-date ako na hindi siya kasama.’”</p><p>However, JC seemed to be overthinking and his thoughts prompted him to just end things right away. “Hindi na ako nagparamdam. Pero siguro inisip ko muna ‘yung sarili ko that time. Paano kung naging kami tapos mag-away kami, baka hindi na kami magkita.” Fate played its tricks when they became Star Magic artists almost at the same time. According to JC, even Gillian is open about their past. No hard feelings, they’re just happy to be friends now.</p><p>Aljon never experienced ghosting but he was ‘friendzoned’ before. Jeremiah, on the other hand, thinks he will never ghost anyone because he’s not the type to end things without closure, “No filter ako eh. ‘Pag dating sa relasyon, sinasabi ko ‘yung gusto at ayaw ko. Nagiging totoo lang ako sa babae.”</p><p>The guys also spilled each other’s deepest secrets. Aljon revealed JC has a crush on one of his friends. JC mentioned that Anthony kissed a guy. Anthony appears to know something about Jeremiah’s romantic past. Meanwhile, Jeremiah opted to just report his own darkest secret – him pooping his pants in grade school.</p><p>Curious on what they look for in a girl? Here are the answers! Aljon likes short girls with beautiful eyes and is decent and kind. Anthony wants someone caring. You’d win JC’s heart if you are sweet and can dance well. Also mentioned in the game are Belle Mariano, Maymay Entrata, Angelina Cruz, Vivoree Esclito, Anji Salvacion, Karina Bautista, Gigi de Lana, Kaori Oinuma, Shanaia Gomez, and Francine Diaz.  </p><p>For the sake of fun, Donny Pangilinan and Esnyr Ranollo were also included in the list. Both of them got four “jojowain” as well.
