We’re having a great time with you guys.” </em></strong>Were the exact words of many people who were able to experience and was impressed by Manila’s First Premium Bar Catering—Manila Craft Mixes &amp; Brews or better known as just, “Manila Craft”.</p><p>Drinking alcoholic beverages is often considered a ubiquitous element of celebratory events, particularly showcased in one of the most grandiose events in the country – the ABS-CBN Ball 2023. This extravagant celebration was replete with lively music, dancing, and engaging conversations, as guests revelled in one another’s company. Truly, a job well-done by the team of Manila Craft.</p><div><img src="https://od2-image-api.abs-cbn.com/prod/editorImage/1741249702904manila-craft-1.jpg" class="fr-fic fr-dib"/></div><div><strong>What services did Manila Craft do for the ABS-CBN Ball 2023?</strong></div><p>The bar services started off by serving welcome drinks at the elegant White Bar area along side with Makati Shangrila’s Banquet team as guests arrives at the reception area just after they’ve made it from the red carpet. From the very beginning, guests were promptly asked what they want to start their night with and was served upon accordingly, as each guests get to mingle with each other and started to warm themselves up for the rest of the evening.</p><div><img src="https://od2-image-api.abs-cbn.com/prod/editorImage/1741249759562manila-craft-2.jpg" class="fr-fic fr-dib"/></div><p>As the doors open and the emcee announced the welcoming of guests at the Ballroom, the elegant Black &amp; Gold bar setup inside the hall opened as well and remained opened until the guests have settled down and waited for announcement. After a while, services were paused for a bit inside the hall so guests can take their seats since many guests couldn’t help it but to indulge themselves with refreshments at the bar, mainly — the Mojitos and Ursula (Lychee Cocktail) were the initial drinks that were most ordered.</p><p>As the night has gone deeper, the free-flowing drinks were constantly being served with the scrumptious dinner while program was running as they announce the awardees of the evening.</p><p>As the program ended, the night slowly immersed into the after party, guests were constantly celebrating at their own phase and was latter complimented by the announcement of the After Party with DJ Mars Miranda.</p><p>Out of the blue, Manila Craft had some trick up their sleeves as they had a costumed server roaming around the area during the after party while serving drinks. Their signature bubble-gun on the other hand emphasized that it was indeed a night of celebration while they also provided lighted led glasses to guests that complimented the dark setting of the ballroom where guests looked like they’re in an actual nightclub.</p><p>Till the very last minute of the service at 3am, guests were still swarming by the bar area and the Manila Craft relentlessly served their Signature cocktails, Classics, Craft Beer and Liquors and as they’re really known for in the industry that they have plenty of extra booze to serve.</p><div><strong>How did Manila Craft prepare for such grand events?</strong></div><p>The answer lies in the question itself — prepare. One of our core values is that “If we fail to prepare, prepare to fail.” Hence, Manila Craft always seek to prepare for all their serviced events. Before service, they value the quality of service they provide, pre-event meetings and briefings are a must as well along with days of preparations.</p><p>For the ABS-CBN Ball 2023, Manila Craft has provided an elegant, customized menu that has a light on it with gold acrylic plus handmade glittered brush print — yes, you read that right! They took it to the next level when their creatives started conceptualizing that resembled the evening which is, a night full of stars and elegance. They offered their Signature Cocktails, Classics and Special cocktails of the night. One of the owners, Jeffrey Dadivas was searching for a bar services and didn’t see his desired bar concept for his wedding. As an ex-hotelier, Dadivas seek great hospitality and great quality beverages offered to his wedding. Fast forward to 2019, after almost a year of research, he asked his best friend, Karlo Aquino to join him in the business venture.</p><p>The first executed event of Manila Craft was in November of 2019. And it was just before the COVID-19 lockdown where they started accumulated bookings for the year, but unfortunate times really do happen. Despite the setbacks, the vision never got lost and the pioneer team continued to pursue their goal-driven actions.</p><p>Year 2021 was the defining year of Manila Craft where they executed constant events and word slowly spread around the industry of Manila’s First Premium Bar Catering — Manila Craft Mixes &amp; Brews. In that same year, they’ve also celebrated their first ever wedding event with a celebrity JC De Vera and his wife Rikkah De Vera, and the rest is history. To this day, Manila Craft has been a household name to many celebrity events and has been constantly demanded mainly in the Wedding Industry.</p><div><strong>What do people expect when they book Manila Craft for their events?</strong></div><p>People can expect great drinks, great full bar service and of course, a great time!
