It’s the time of the year again when the young, seasoned, and veteran talents of ABS-CBN converged to bring entertainment and spread holiday cheers as a grand gesture of expressing their gratitude to every Kapamilya who has shown their love and support to the company, its artists, and the programs and movies that it offered to Filipinos worldwide this 2023.Our eyes surely feasted on the mere sight of our favorite Kapamilya stars who really shined and dazzled at the ABS-CBN Christmas Special 2023 held last December 13 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum. We also found ourselves amused and stirred by their performances, through which our favorite stars enthusiastically showcased their singing and dancing chops that some of them might not usually do especially if they are full-time actors.However, the spectacular and star-studded extravaganza wasn’t just enjoyed by avid Kapamilya viewers and the adoring supporters of the artists, but the celebrities themselves, too. Aside from seeing their delightful interactions onstage and their awesome performances, we were also thrilled to see them backstage bonding and catching up with their fellow celebrities who are either their friends in real life or their co-stars in ongoing and/or past projects.We’re also pleased to see some of them mingle with their fellow celebrities who they got to meet for the first time during the event, with the exchanges and photo ops between the veteran actors and the younger thespians as among the most remarkable behind-the-scene moments.Of course, it’s also impossible for us to miss the appearances of on-screen and real-life couples (and even ex-flames), who not just spread kilig vibes onstage, but also backstage.
