The old Baron is dead. But there are parts of him – both the good and the bad- he keeps to stay grounded.

Kapamilya Chat asked Baron Geisler to play the “Keep or Forget” game where he would react to photos of different versions of himself and decide which ones he'd keep or bury in the past. This also doubles as a chance for Baron to relive his best memories as a Kapamilya actor.

This throwback fest wouldn’t be complete without reminiscing Baron’s Tabing Ilog days. It was a delight to see his photo as Alfonso “Fonzy” Ledesma, which, of course, he would keep. “Grateful lang ako na ‘yung group namin very active pa rin,” he said of his contemporaries that include Jodi Sta. Maria, Kaye Abad, and John Lloyd Cruz.

Also one of his most remarkable roles is Michael in the classic drama flick “Anak.” He got to share the big screen with Vilma Santos, Claudine Barretto, and Joel Torre, therefore, this one is for keeps. At the time, he was being groomed as one of his generation’s dramatic actors. He recalled director Rory Quintos telling him, “Baron, we’re aiming at you becoming a seasoned actor. So, this your first movie, we want you take it seriously, and you’re working with seasoned actors.”

In case you forgot, Baron had his hunk era as well. Shown a topless photo of him baring his abs, he reacted, “Pare, huwag ka masyadong mag-extra rice.” He would keep this photo, as well as the diet.

The next image is from his remarkable stint as Dante alyas Bungo in FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano. Baron is thankful to Coco Martin for giving him the chance to portray the character, which was his comeback vehicle in 2019. This character will stay for good in Baron’s memories – and on the internet thanks to viral memes.

Lastly, the “Doll House” actor reacted to the long-haired, tattooed version of himself. We were quite expecting him to say “forget” but he humbly acknowledged his imperfections and promised to continue learning from them. “Pwede natin i-disregard pero pwede natin i-keep if I want to laugh… Even the bad memories, you can keep. For me, I want to keep them for me to be on my toes and remember where I came from kasi I’ll not be honest with myself if I’ll be in denial na hindi ako naging rockstar na ganyan.”
