Love Bites: “Summer Camp” stars Daniela Stranner, Batit Espiritu, and Wealand Ferrer delivered loads of good vibes as they took on Kapamilya Chat’s “Battle of the Famous Lines.”In the challenge, the players would exchange dialogues that are often said during specific scenarios. Round one required them to think of the best ‘hugot’ lines from an angry mom, with Daniela saying, “Cell phone ka nang cellphone!” And when you’re looking for a missing item, what does mom tell you, Batit? “Kaka-cellphone mo ‘yan!” Yup, mothers chalk up all your miseries to gadget use.Here’s another classic, as shared by Wealand: “Papunta ka pa lang, pabalik na ako.”In the next round, about common excuses for not paying debts, Wealand quipped that a little crying is effective and then make a promise: “Bro, dodoblehin ko.” Daniela can relate to what Wealand said, as she also uses the same excuse to her siblings, “Tutubuan ko na lang.” According to Batit, another common dialogue is: “Pasensya na, medyo gipit pa ngayon, eh.”Next, they recalled the default ‘palusot’ of tardy students. Batit remembered that students in his former school are required to recite a line before entering the class when late: “Good morning, Ma’am! Good morning, classmates! I’m sorry I’m late. May I come in?” Of course, Wealand couldn’t leave out this overused dialogue: “Sorry, Ma’am. Ang dami kong ginawang project at assignment kagabi.”For Daniela: “Sorry po. I had dysmenorrhea kasi, eh.”When asked about ‘linyahan’ of market vendors, Wealand was hilariously relatable when he said vendors call him “pogi” – it’s the best form of ‘budol’. Meanwhile, Batit is often tasked to run errands in the market, so he’s familiar with the lines, “Ma’am, Sir, dito laging sariwa!”What’s your entry, Kapamilya?
