Ivana Alawi goes on an Arabic food trip with family during latest trip to Bahrain

In recent weeks, Ivana Alawi has taken us to their family trips abroad through her vlogs. And in the newest video uploaded on her YouTube channel, she brought us to their family&#x27;s latest trip to Bahrain. Those who have been watching her vlogs in the past years would have probably seen her vlog when they went there in February 2020 and gave us a tour around their mansion, in which they used to live when they were still younger and their Moroccan dad Samier Al-Alawi was still alive.She commenced the video by relating to the viewers that aside from exploring Bahrain, their family – except her Ate Amira and nephew Gab – were there to also meet with their lawyers regarding their properties. She reiterated how actually haunted that house is, to the point that she has to ask for companion whenever she goes to the comfort room.Since they’re about to visit their dad’s grave, Ivana made sure that their Mama Fatima was well-dressed. Thus, she made her wear a printed multicolored mini dress. It was also revealed that her brother’s girlfriend Alexis also came with them. While they were hitting the road with Hash as their driver, they amused us with their banters as they shared the Arabic words they know.For their first stop, they dined at Ivana’s favorite restaurant that serves authentic Arabic dishes. They feasted on cheese samosa, khubz (or flat bread), cheese-filled chapatti, beef tikka, chicken machboos, chicken biryani, and lamb machboos – which they all liked. They were also delighted to be served by a Filipino waiter named Emmanuel and take pictures with some overseas Filipino workers who spotted them outside the restaurant.After visiting their dad, they passed by the hotel where Mama Alawi used to work as a waitress and first met him many years ago. They then proceeded to the Gold Souq where they looked and shopped for Ivana’s birthstone pendant and gold jewelries for themselves and their helpers at home. It took them quite some time to look for a store that offers lower prices, until they came across the shop of one of their late dad’s family friends, where they were able to find what they’d been looking for. Their transaction with one of its Arab staff was also amusing for he could surprisingly speak a few Tagalog words.They then headed to the bakery owned by their dad’s best friend, which she used to frequent when she was just a little girl. The vlog ended with the Alawi fam enjoying their authentic Arabic dinner at a restaurant where their dad’s best friend brought them.We’re looking forward to see where Ivana and the whole Alawi fambam are going to take us next through their vlogs.
