Kapamilya Snaps: How these proud celebrity parents celebrated their children’s birthdays this 2022

<p>As much as we wanted to slow it down, there’s apparently no way for us to stop our children from growing up so fast. Thus, many parents out there make sure that they’re going to celebrate each of their offspring’s birthday, whether by throwing a grand party or preparing a simple celebration.</p><p>And in this Kapamilya Snaps feature, let us recall the fun and creative birthday parties held by our favorite stars for their kiddos this 2022!</p><div> </div><div><strong>Anne Curtis and Erwan Heusaff</strong></div><p>For the second birthday and baptism of their <em>unica hija</em> Dahlia last March 2, the<a href="https://ent.abs-cbn.com/itsshowtime"> <strong><u>It’s Showtime</u></strong></a> host and her husband Erwan Heusaff had an intimate outdoor celebration attended by some of their family and closest friends. Of course, the venue was full of blooming pink dahlias, which was complemented by the mini carnival-inspired cake that they ordered for their adorable daughter. The happy little family indeed looked lovely in their white matching laid-back attires.</p><div> </div><div><strong>Janella Salvador and Markus Paterson</strong></div><p>The<a href="https://ent.abs-cbn.com/darna"> <strong><u>Mars Ravelo’s Darna</u></strong></a> star took a break from being the fierce Regina and Valentina and went back to being the doting mommy to her son Jude when she and Markus Paterson celebrated his second birthday and baptism last October. The music-themed bash was attended by some of their closest family and friends and featured a small playground for the kiddos. </p><div> </div><div><strong>Sofia Andres and Daniel Miranda</strong></div><p>The <a href="https://ent.abs-cbn.com/theironheart"><strong><u>The Iron Heart</u></strong></a> actress and her partner Daniel Miranda made sure that their sweet baby Zoe indeed had a blast on her third birthday last November by organizing a “Candyland”-themed party for her. It was adorned with decorations popping in bright colors – from the balloons to her three-tiered cake decked with candy cupcakes, doughnuts, macaroons, cookies, popsicle, and lollipop. With how splendid it was, there’s no wonder that the little girl was obviously over the moon in the pictures uploaded by her Mommy Sofia.</p><div> </div><div><strong>Carlo Aquino and Trina Candaza</strong></div><p>They may no longer be together, but Carlo and ex-partner Trina Candaza had the happiest and brightest smiles as they hosted the second birthday celebration of their daughter Enola Mithi last September. The birthday girl equally enjoyed her party while cladded in a glitzy powder blue dress and seated in her mini rides. Carlo captioned a photo with his daughter, “Wrapped In Love”.</p><div> </div><div><strong>Sarah Lahbati and Richard Gutierrez</strong></div><p>As their youngest son Kai turned four years old last March, Sarah and husband Richard Gutierrez threw a PJ Masks-themed party for him. The <strong><a href="https://ent.abs-cbn.com/theironheart"><u>The Iron Heart</u></a> lead actor</strong> may not be present on the special day due to his work schedule, but their other family members, including his Ate Ruffa Gutierrez and their parents Annabelle Rama and Eddie Gutierrez made sure to make the little boy feel loved.</p><div> </div><div><strong>Elisse Joson and McCoy de Leon</strong></div><p>Since it was the first birthday of their firstborn Felize, reel-and-real-life sweethearts assured that their celebration last April was worth-remembering. Elisse and McCoy definitely went all-out for their little princess in the enchanting Snow White-themed bash.</p><div> </div><div><strong>Judy Ann Santos and Ryan Agoncillo</strong></div><p>Juday and Ryan welcomed 2022 by also celebrating the sixth birthday of their youngest child Luna. But instead of throwing a grand fete, their family opted to hold an intimate yet fun celebration at home by simply wearing personalized white shirts and having customized Roblox cakes.</p><div> </div><div><strong>John Prats and Isabel Oli</strong></div><p>Having three kids means hosting three parties this year for John and Isabel. First was their <em>bunso </em>Forest, who turned two years old in February with a simple celebration at home. The little girl was as cute as her pastel pink birthday cake.</p><p>Three months after, it was their firstborn Feather’s turn to celebrate her sixth birthday in April as she truly enjoyed playing in the ball pit during her party. And last November, their <em>unico hijo</em> Freedom had a Pokemon-themed fete as he turned 4. John, Isabel, and Feather were dressed as Pokemon trainers, while Freedom and Forest wore Charmander and Pikachu onesies, respectively.</p><div> </div><div><strong>Nikko Natividad</strong></div><p>Hashtag Nikko and non-showbiz wife Cielo threw a Minecraft-themed birthday party for their <em>unico hijo</em> Aiden when he turned 7 last May. The family of three were all dressed in matching jackets, suits, and pants. It was indeed star-studded as some members of the boy group Hashtags were present in the celebration, such as McCoy de Leon, Ronnie Alonte, and Zeus Collins.</p><div> </div><div><strong>Isabelle Daza and Adrien Semblat</strong></div><p>For their eldest son Balthazar’s fourth birthday in April, Isabelle and Adrien prepared a safari-themed party that featured bouncy inflatables and other toys for the kiddos and bubbles floating on-air.  It was attended some of their family and close friends.</p><div> </div><div><strong>Desiree del Valle and Boom Labrusca</strong></div><p>Desiree and Boom celebrated the first birthday and baptism of their young prince Alexander on the same day last October. They simply had an intimate lunch which was attended by some of their family and close friends, which included Kapamilya actresses Jolina Magdangal-Escueta, Charlie Dizon, and Cheska Iñigo.</p><div> </div><div><strong>Kristine Hermosa and Oyo Boy Sotto</strong></div><p>As they marked the sixth birthday of their son Vin last November, Kristine and Oyo seemingly opted for a simple costume party at their home. While the couple wore matching black and white printed button up shirts, their children dressed up in different costumes, such as Mario and Luigi and Mirabel Madrigal of the animated movie <em>Encanto</em>.</p><div> </div><div><strong>Chito Miranda and Neri Naig</strong></div><p>The first birthday of Chito and Neri’s youngest child Cash, also last November, was indeed popping in vibrant colors.
