And among them were the astonishing auditions of talented magicians Karl Matrix and Jiwan Kim, who were both contestants of the sixth and last season.True to his moniker Karl Matrix, whose real name is Karl Luigi Villareal, provided a simple yet spectacular show that really defied the matrices. He commenced by telling the judges that what he’s about to do actually mirrored what he was feeling during that time, with Vice Ganda teasing him if he could also do magic on her feelings, too.With the aid of a flat screen television, he was able to chronicle his love story, which sadly didn’t turn out well as he and his ex-girlfriend apparently called it quits before his stint on the program. He was able to amazingly create various illusions on TV, as everything that he drew on the screen came to life. At the same time, he was also able to control everything that was going on in it with his amazing sleight of hand. His presentation capped off with him blowing white confetti to the screen, which formed the heartbreaking phrase “only reminds me of you.”Just like in the international counterparts of the Got Talent franchise in other countries, it was not only talented Filipinos who were able to showcase their unbelievable abilities in PGT, but foreigners as well. One of them is magician Jiwan Kim, who’s a proud Korean with a Filipino heart.With the help of judges Robin Padilla and Angel Locsin, who he tapped to be his volunteers, he was able to successfully pull off his card trick. From having two different cards which were even signed by the two celebrities, they became one in a blink of an eye and in a sleight of hands.
