Slow-mo moment? Love ring? Check out KD and Alexa’s super sweet revelations in Kilig Match benefit show!

<p>Love is in the air as KD Estrada and Alexa Ilacad feel their emotions through music and fun challenges – while helping collect funds for Typhoon Odette survivors on “Kilig Match.”</p><p>In the second episode of “Kilig Match,” the third phase of ABS-CBN and ABS-CBN Foundation’s “Isang Daan sa Pagtutulungan” fundraising drive, KD and Alexa hinted about their feelings and revealed the exact ‘slow-mo’ moment where they both “saw fireworks” and confirmed “na may something.” We hope your KDLex hearts are ready!</p><p>Host Darla Sauler opened the conversation asking how KD and Alexa maintained their closeness. Video calls and text messages do the trick, although theirs is a friendship so pure they don’t feel the need to be constantly talking to each other to feel secured. “Parang wala namang nabawasan. Ganun pa rin siya ka-strong kahit low-maintenance lang. Hindi kailangan na nakabantay ka 24/7 pero alam mong walang nagbago. Alam mong nandiyan lang siya. That’s enough to give peace,” shared Alexa.</p><p>“I don’t have to message her all the time kasi alam ko na kahit hindi kami mag-usap in hours or days nga, I know parehas lang ‘yung samahan namin,” said KD. But he still messages her constantly and their fans know about that since they don’t shy away from sharing their cutest conversations. For instance, Alexa revealed KD’s response when she texted him “Ang cute ni Enchong!” while she’s on<a href="https://ent.abs-cbn.com/asap"> <b><u>ASAP Natin ‘To</u></b></a> and he’s in another taping bubble. Happy lang ako na nandyan si KD. Blessing siya sa akin,” to which KD replied with a promise, “Kahit anong mangyari.”</p><p>Such candid moments make fans wonder if KD and Alexa have special feelings for each other. Maybe their revelations in the “True or False” Challenge and reaction to fan-edit videos will be enough of an answer.</p><p>In the “True or False” segment, KDLex admitted that they were each other’s rock inside the <a href="https://ent.abs-cbn.com/pbbs10"><b><u>Pinoy Big Brother</u></b></a> house. He said, “No matter what changed inside the house like in any task or any fight that happened inside the house, nothing changes in me and Alexa. Constant ko talaga si Lex in this life. It’s hard to find someone na solid person in your life that you know will always stay.” Although they could’ve met earlier or in a different setting, he’s glad he found her inside Bahay Ni Kuya.</p><div> </div><div><iframe allow="accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture" allowfullscreen="" frameBorder="0" height="720" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/mIQgUgYN9JI" title="YouTube video player" width="1280"></iframe></div><div> </div><p>Alexa added, “Siya talaga ‘yung rock ko. If people watched PBB, they could see how I really cared and depended on KD din inside the house. Pinagkuhaan ko talaga siya ng lakas, motivation, inspiration. Hanggang ngayon na nasa labas na kami, maganda kasi kahit malayo siya o wala siya sa situation na nahihirapan ako, hindi siya nagkukulang sa pagsu-support in any way that I need.”</p><p>They also revealed their pet names for each other, which could be baby, sweetheart, honey, or whatever pops up in mind. Then, asked if they could see each other in their future, KDLex had very meaningful answers. They said they are each other’s “constant” that no matter where life takes them, whether they end up with something romantic or not, they would remain friends.</p><p>“Pinag usapan namin noon na kahit ano pang posisyon namin sa buhay ng isa&#x27;t isa, doesn’t have to mean romantically, basta that’s one thing na won’t change. Ako, nandito ako susuporta ako,” she explained.</p><p>But, what if another guy asks Alexa out? Here’s what KD had to say: “It’s not up to me naman, eh. It’s up to you. Pumayag ka ba?” He added that freedom is a sign of a healthy partnership. Besides, he trusts her.</p><p>KDLex then reacted to videos edited by fans that are mostly snippets from their PBB stint. The first video showed KD giving Alexa a super heart-melting back hug in the morning. According to Alexa, she often feels sluggish in the morning, that&#x27;s why she doesn’t like getting clingy. But with KD, it’s different. And she will never forget when he told her “I like the sight of you in the morning” even if she rarely feels pretty after waking up.</p><p>The next video witnessed KD and Alexa slow dancing under the fireworks, which reminded them of their real-life “fireworks” moment. Since KD turned so red just thinking of that special moment, Alexa was the one to share the deets. “Magkasama kami so we had dinner with my family. Tumambay siya dito kasi may guesting kami ng same night. Hindi na siya aabot kung uuwi siya ng Paranaque. Basta magkatabi kami nakikinig lang ng music. Nagkatinginan kami.” Then, “It’s legit. Inside the confession room, Alexa wondered what she looks like with a quirky mask on. She said, “I wonder if I still look pretty,” to which KD replied, “You’re always pretty.” KD reacted to the video, saying Alexa would always look beautiful in his eyes, “Whatever you put on your face, kahit may mask ka, ang ganda-ganda mo pa rin.” And he thinks she’s the prettiest when she smiles.</p><p>Fans also notice KDLex loves to hold hands. Asked why, KD confessed, “Para sa akin it’s instinctive. When she’s next to me, I just hold her hand bigla. I just want to protect Alexa. I want to take care of Lex. I guess that’s what it means.”</p><p>On her part, Alexa feels secured and comforted when KD holds her hand. Although she’s not used to it, again it feels different with KD that she’s comfortable even if “bigla niya hahawakan kamay ko minsan sa harap ng tatay ko.” From there, they talked about what their families think of each other. They said both camps are supportive of their tandem. One time, Alexa’s dad told her, “Mabait ‘yan si KD, ‘no?” And that’s when she knew he approves of him. </p><p>KD’s family and relatives love Alexa as well. He said his parents used to be nosy about his friendships and they’d ask who he’s talking to on the phone. But with Alexa, they just let him be. And he’s not scared to open up about her.</p><p>The tandem also shared the story behind their “love rings.” KD recalled the time he gave his ring to Alexa. That was after she waited for him to finish his tapings. “Habang hinihintay ‘yung sundo namin, she was sleeping on my shoulder. Nakatulog siya. Naisip ko, grabe ‘yung effort ni Alexa to wait for me just so we could hang out afterwards. While she was sleeping, I took off my ring ko and see if it could fit on her finger. Nakita ko it’s nice and I wanted her to keep it na lang.”</p><p>He continued, “’Yung ring na ‘yun, hindi ko ma-let go. I have an emotional attachment with that ring. I wanted to give it to her. It’s something symbolic na this ring is important to me pero mas mahalaga ka.”</p><p>One thing that helps KD and Alexa grow their friendship is their shared passion in music. They said their worlds revolve around music that sometimes they’d communicate through songs. During the show, KDLex performed songs that express their feelings and have special meaning to them.</p><p>Alexa sang “Fall” by Justin Bieber that speaks about not being scared to fall in love again.   Then, KD answered that with “Paniwalaan Mo,”his ‘harana’ to Alexa since they won’t be together on Valentine’s Day. He explained the meaning of the song: “I love you and I’m not joking.” They also performed “Ikaw Lang” and “Hanggang Kailan.”</p><p>Is KDLEx the endgame?
