And just in case you’re still pondering about having your first tattoo or the next tattoo you’re going to get, the celebrities in this Kapamilya Snaps feature could help you make up your mind!</p><div> </div><div><strong>Lovi Poe</strong></div><p>It might be painful to get inked on the rib part, but Lovi apparently endured having the phrase “My Gravity” tattooed on the left side of her back. In a previous interview, the <a href="https://ent.abs-cbn.com/batangquiapo" target="_blank"><em><strong><u>FPJ’s Batang Quiapo</u></strong></em></a> leading lady divulged that it is dedicated to her beloved father, “Da King of Philippine Movies” Fernando Poe Jr. It turned out to become one of her prettiest accessories as she proudly flaunts it in some of her photos, wherein she’s cladded in sexy outfits.</p><div> </div><div><strong>Sue Ramirez</strong></div><p>Aside from her ever-changing hair, Sue has been getting cute and meaningful tattoos over the years. We spotted a classic little red rose on her left wrist that she lowkey flashed in the sultry close-up shot of her that she posted on Instagram to mark her 25<sup>th</sup> birthday in 2021. The <a href="https://ent.abs-cbn.com/theironheart" target="_blank"><em><strong><u>The Iron Heart</u></strong></em></a> actress also has a yellow sunflower tattoo and the words “dance”, “try”, “sail”, and “rise” taken from the lyrics of one of the OSTs of her 2018 film “<em>Ang Babaeng Allergic Sa WiFi.”</em></p><p>Besides, she also has a “blue evil eye” located on the back of her right arm, a rainbow streak on her upper right chest, and red “X” on her right ring finger.</p><div> </div><div><strong>Nadine Lustre</strong></div><p>Aside from her aesthetically pleasing IG page, we also adore Nadine’s tattoos that she proudly flexes in her photos. If you’re looking for minimalist or simple designs, then you can surely take inspirations from her as she actually has a lot, especially in her arms, which representations she revealed in a 2021 interview.</p><p>The award-winning actress has a lotus flower, the Up Dharma Down’s “<em>Tadhana” </em>lyrics “<em>nakayapak at nahihiwagaan,”</em> shaded crescent moon, rose, and sparkle tattoos on her left arm; her Japanese name “Nozomi” (which means hope) on her inner right arm; and a crawling vine on her right index finger. As she tags herself as a “Pursuer of Dreams” on her IG bio, she had the word “dream” inked in the shape of a thin cross on her right wrist, which she got during a trip to South Korea in 2017. In her return to the said country the following year, she got a dainty pink heart and sparkles tattoo on her left wrist.</p><div> </div><div><strong>Heaven Peralejo</strong></div><p>Ever since she joined <strong>Pinoy Big Brother Lucky Season 7</strong> in 2016, we already knew how tightly bonded Heaven is to her Mommy Luanne. And in order to further signify it, they got matching tattoos in 2019, which, according to her is her very first. They got two swallow birds each on their right wrists, which represent their love for travel.</p><p>In an IG post, the <a href="https://ent.abs-cbn.com/theironheart" target="_blank"><em><strong><u>The Iron Heart</u></strong></em></a> actress recounted: “It symbolizes a lot for us especially our love for travelling, there were a lot of times when we were lost commuting but we didn’t care because we knew that as long as we’re together we can face it with a brave heart similar to how we face our daily battles in our lives. I’m just so proud that I can have a mom and best friend in one!”</p><div> </div><div><strong>Angeline Quinto</strong></div><p>Aside from her mesmerizing splendor and astounding vocal prowess, another thing that we notice on Angeline every time she holds the mic and sings is the green star on her right wrist. In a Kapamilya Chat interview, Angeline explained that the star is a meaningful symbol in her life because she once wished upon a star and then got her big break on “Star Power.”</p><div><strong>Angelica Panganiban</strong></div><p>Another celebrity who’s skilled in hiding her tattoo is Angelica, who, unbeknown to many of us, actually has a few tattoos in different parts of her body. She has a colored lily of the valley tattoo on her right wrist, which according to her is the one “that only blooms in darkness”. To mark her 31<sup>st</sup> birthday in 2017, she got herself inked with the letter “a” followed by two ellipses on her left wrist, along with her birthdate written as “11.4.86” surrounded by a halo and a pair of angel wings that symbolize her name on her right ankle.</p><p>And in 2019, Angelica had matching tattoos with her “AngBeKi” besties Bela Padilla and Kim Chiu, which was a small dot on their left wrists.</p><div> </div><div><strong>Bianca Gonzalez</strong></div><p>In celebration of her 40<sup>th</sup> birthday on March 11, Bianca made her milestone birthday extra memorable by getting her first pair of tattoos. The <a href="https://ent.abs-cbn.com/thevoicekids2023" target="_blank"><em><strong><u>The Voice Kids Philippines Season 5</u></strong></em></a> host chose the names of her daughters Lucia and Carmen for each bicep, which she proudly flexed on her IG stories.</p><div> </div><div><strong>Jessy Mendiola</strong></div><p>With how a certified beach babe she was, Jessy got herself a dreamy blue mermaid tatt in 2018. However, she had a change of heart later that year and had it transformed into a whale shark and had a diver added right next to it after her unforgettable close encounter with the sea creature during a scuba diving adventure with now-husband Luis Manzano at Tubbataha Reefs Natural Park.</p><div> </div><div><strong>Xyriel Manabat</strong></div><p>At 19, Xyriel already got her first-ever tattoo. She revealed it for the first time during her Kapamliya Chat interview last February 2023. Maria</strong></div><p>Just in case you do not know yet, Jodi actually has a tattoo on her lower left leg. In her <a href="https://ent.abs-cbn.com/tonightwithboyabunda" target="_blank"><em><strong><u>Tonight With Boy Abunda</u></strong></em></a> interview in 2017, Jodi divulged that it’s a phrase from Greek philosopher Socrates that states “Know Thyself”, which she got it in 2010.</p><div> </div><div><strong>Yeng Constantino</strong></div><p>It’s arguably common for rockstars like Yeng to have tattoos. In a Twitter post in 2013, she shared the first-ever tattoo that she got three years ago, which, according to her, was “YESHUA OR JESUS written in Aramaic letters.”</p><p>In 2015, she celebrated her first birthday as a married woman by getting a new ink, which was a purple feather on her nape. The Pop Rock Royalty also has a matching tattoo with her husband Yan Asuncion, which is the date of their wedding – February 14, 2015 – written in Roman numerals. And like a true plant and nature lover, Yeng also got a tree on her left bicep.</p><div> </div><div><strong>Maxene Magalona</strong></div><p>Followers of Maxene on IG are surely able to get a glimpse of her tatts through her posts. She had her first-ever tattoo in 2010, which she got a year after her dad, Pinoy rap legend Francis M, passed away in 2009. As her of honoring him and remembering the tight bond that they had, she got herself inked with “la fille a papa,” a French phrase that translates to “Daddy’s girl.”</p><p>During her sojourn in Bali, Indonesia in 2021, Maxene got herself inked with an eye, a heart, and a triangle that represent the life-changing experience she had there, which she described as “A time of awakening, inner peace, and following my dharma.&quot;  The following year, she got herself a “be love” tatt on her right arm and enumerated on IG the five ways she practices “authentic self-love.”</p><div> </div><div><strong>Kaye Abad</strong></div><p>Kaye and husband Paul Jake Castillo got one of the items on their bucket lists checked when they got matching tattoos in 2022.</p><p>When asked by the tattoo artist what design they want, he told him, “something that will represent family.” Since they couldn’t decide with the design they wanted to have, they agreed to get inked with four micro dots on their wrists.
