<p>These photos of <a href="https://ent.abs-cbn.com/tawagngtanghalan"><strong>Tawag Ng Tanghalan</strong></a> hurado Yeng Constantino with her beloved husband Yan Asuncion will surely melt our hearts and make us yearn for our special someone.</p><p>On <a href="https://ent.abs-cbn.com/magandangbuhay"><strong>Magandang Buhay</strong></a>, she shared that they met and were introduced to each other several times at their church and during meet-ups with their common friend. She admitted not remembering him in each of those meet-ups, until the day that common friend told her that Yan is a cat lover too. Having the same interest in cats, as well as the same passions in their faith and in music, they eventually hit it off and grew closer. Thus, even though she wasn’t searching for love at that time, it was love that had found her through Yan.</p><p>In an interview with ABS-CBN News, Yeng revealed they were each other’s first. And months after being in a relationship, the two got engaged and decided to tie the knot on Valentine’s Day in 2015. They exchanged vows at an intimate garden wedding held in Hacienda Isabella, Tagaytay.</p><p>After getting married, the couple has been sweeter than ever. As seen in both of their Instagram accounts, Yeng and Yan are certified best friends. They travel the world together and had been to many countries, such as Vietnam, Japan, and Maldives, where they spent their honeymoon. They also spent their holidays in 2018 traveling to Bhutan, a small country located in the Eastern Himalayas.</p><p>They may have gone through obstacles and problems in the past seven years of their marriage just like other couples do, but their love for one another just continues to grow. And one of the greatest challenges they’ve gone through was the passing of Yeng’s mom in November 2021, in which Yan made sure that he would be by her side every step of the way.</p><p>But more than the unconditional love that they share, what could be the secret behind their strong and lasting relationship? A glimpse on their respective IG accounts could tell.</p><p>Yeng and Yan apparently love to spend a lot of time together despite their busy schedules. May it be as simple as doing a TikTok video or going on trips in the countryside or abroad either for leisure or work, we can definitely see them stick by each other’s sides. Pero nandito ako, you’re safe here sa puso ko, sa arms ko, and i will always be your best friend, so you can tell me everything, kahit ‘yung malulungkot na bagay. Nandito lang ako to remind you of who you are, how amazing you are as a husband, as a person, as a son. Nandito lang ako para sa’yo. And ‘yong pagmamahal ko para sa’yo, lagpas ‘yon ng <em>kilig</em>. Ang pagmamahal ko sa’yo ay isang pangako na binitawan ko sa Diyos at nandito ako para sa’yo habang buhay.”</p><p>Yan, on the other hand, indeed touched his wife when she said, “Love, I promise na I will always be here for you, I will always love you. Kahit na anong mangyari, kahit we go to the lowest lows [or] the highest highs, kahit ‘yong mga days na wala lang, I will be here for you. I will make you laugh kapag sad ka, I will carry you kapag weak ka. I love you forever and I promise na I will better myself everyday nang mamahal kita nang tama. I love you so much and I thank you for just being you in my life. Sobrang mahal na mahal kita. I adore you, I love you, and I’m so attracted to you.
