From simply astounding us with her powerful vocals which she lent to several teleseryes and movies through the years, singer-actress Angeline Quinto has gone on to endear us with how a hands-on and loving mom she is to the adorable Sylvio, her firstborn with non-showbiz husband Nonrev Daquina. It was in December 2021 when she made headlines after revealing in an exclusive interview with veteran television host Boy Abunda that she was pregnant. She didn’t divulge the identity yet of her partner at that time, until she finally gave us a glimpse of him through her maternity shoot and one of her vlogs in February 2022.Her beloved adoptive mom, lovingly called “Mama Bob,” may have left her in November 2020 after succumbing to a stroke, but Angeline firmly believes that the blessing of having a family of her own isn’t just a gift from God, but also from Mama Bob since it was one of the things that she was praying for her when she was still alive. “Hindi talaga hahayaan ng Mama na mag-isa ako,” <a href="https://ent.abs-cbn.com/asap/videos/angeline-quinto-shares-her-motherhood-journey-322249" target="_blank">she conveyed during a brief interview</a> with Zsa Zsa Padilla and Regine Velasquez-Alcasid after one of her <a href="https://ent.abs-cbn.com/asap" target="_blank">ASAP Natin ‘To</a> performance when she was still pregnant. “No’ng nalaman ko po talaga na buntis po ako, automatic pala ‘yon na mag-iiba ang pananaw mo sa buhay,” she retorted when quizzed regarding the significant changes in her life after getting pregnant. “Parang ngayon, hindi na importante sa akin ang mga materyal na bagay e. Ang importante sa akin, may nagagawa ako para sa magiging future ng bata.”They welcomed Baby Sylvio on April 27, 2022 at 10:22 PM, with Nonrev being there to watch over them. Since then, Angeline has been sharing photos and videos of her son and their lovely moments with him on Instagram – from his first Mother’s Day and Father’s Day with them, his newborn shoot, and his Christening, up to his athletics-theme monthly progress shoot. And when Baby Sylvio turned 1 in 2023, they made sure that the celebration would be really spectacular as they organized a farm-themed birthday party for him at a posh events place in Lipa City, Batangas. Even though her work schedule gets pretty hectic sometimes, Angeline made sure that she would still have quality time with Sylvio, who just turned 2 last April, a couple of days after<a href="https://ent.abs-cbn.com/articles-news/angeline-quinto-shares-official-wedding-video-and-photos-and-its-full-of-smile-inducing-moments-22216" target="_blank"> she and Nonrev tied the knot in Quiapo Church</a>. She would feed him, play with him, and have random kulitan moments with him.
