As we all know, Elha Nympha rose to fame as that 11-year-old girl who instantly blew our minds from the very moment she stepped on the stage of The Voice Kids Philippines Season 2 as she belted out diva Mariah Carey’s “Vision Of Love” on her blind auditions in 2015.Five years after, not only her life radically changed after her victorious stint in the competition, but her physical appearance as well, as we couldn’t help but notice how her figure gradually trimmed down now that she’s already a lady.But how did she do that? Kasama ko po sila Ate Janine tapos may iba pa po kaming kasama, sina Ate Angela Muhlach,” she said.Just like many of us, Elha also confessed comparing herself to others, particularly when it comes to her physical appearance. However, she clarified that it’s not the reason why she decided to get fit, but in order to keep herself healthy.“Naco-compare ko rin po ‘yong sarili ko sa iba, lalo na po sa physical appearance ko. Pero hindi naman po ako nagpapaapekto do’n. ‘Yong ginagawa ko po ngayon is gusto ko po, gusto ko pong mangyari sa sarili ko. Feeling ko po kasi, kapag ginawa ko po itong pag-eexercise, magiging healthy po ako,” she stated.The <a href="https://ent.abs-cbn.com/asap" target="_blank">ASAP Natin ‘To</a> mainstay surprised her thousands of followers on Instagram as she uploaded photos of her looking incredibly leaner and fitter after apparently undergoing strict diet and regular workout sessions at home throughout the community quarantine.In her IG stories, Elha posted a series of her photos documenting her weight loss journey, which, according to her, started last March 26, 2020 and the day-to-day improvements of her abdominals (or abs) as shown in her “belly pics.” She also went on to share her secret on achieving her present body, which includes only having three spoons of rice every meal, eating only twice a day, and doing workouts.Even though she already looks absolutely fine, the young singer told her followers that she still won’t stop since she hasn’t reached her goal yet and she’s going to impart more of her weight loss journey in a video blog that she’ll upload.She further talked about her fitness journey in her virtual interview in <a href="https://ent.abs-cbn.com/magandangbuhay" target="_blank">Magandang Buhay</a> in 2020, wherein she imparted how it has helped her gain self-confidence.<div><a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NTR-5qwHvV0&amp;feature=youtu.be" target="_blank">WATCH: Elha on her transformation | Magandang Buhay</a></div>“Para pong na-gain ko po ‘yong self-confidence ko po.
