It is built on the values of loyalty and trust, like how Mokang(Lovi Poe) and Chicky (Toni Fowler) stick by each other during tough times. Just like the rest of us, they share their own flavor of jokes and ‘asaran.’ But when the going gets tough, especially for Mokang who’s been soused in challenges these days, Chicky is always to the rescue. It was Chicky who helped plan Mokang’s debut party. She showed generosity when Mokan fell victim to a snatcher. “That’s what friends are before,” she said in an attempt to make her friend smile. She knows what her ‘bessie’ needs without being told.

Chicky is the reason why Mokang is still surviving despite all the drama and trials her family is going through. Knowing that Mokang struggles to raise funds for her father, Marsing (Pen Medina)’s hospitalization, Chicky chipped in. The money she gave was enough to buy Marsing’s medicine. Who wouldn’t love a BFF that you can always count on? Chicky is always there to help Mokang in any emergency.

Sometimes, friendship is the best cure when you feel lost. Chicky knew that Mokang would prefer to have company while thinking of solutions to Marsing’s swelling hospital bill. People have so much to say about her work as a club dancer, but when she offered Mokang the same job, we knew she only wanted to help her earn for her father’s hospitalization.

Because she promised to be there for her through every situation, Chicky helped Mokang look for another bar to perform in after she got in trouble with her previous club manager, Banjo (Eric Fructuoso). She brought her to Mama Janet (Janice Jurado), who hired them in an instant.

Mokang might feel uncomfortable in a sexy dress and heels, but she can be sure that Chicky will walk with her. And when bullies try to push Mokang down, there’s Chicky to fiercely defend her and cheer her up again.
