Their interview commenced with the actress looking back on the warm welcome that she received from Kapamilyas when she transferred two years ago. Thus, the non-renewal of the franchise had nothing to do with her decision because she simply wants to explore and say “yes” to this brand-new experience.Working with Coco and for the series, she revealed that it’s a proof of how manifesting works. She reiterated that she used to always express her desire to work with the actor-director and her fascination with “Batang Quiapo,” which is her most favorite masterpiece of her father. So, she really has nothing but gratitude to be given these wonderful opportunities.With regards to working with the rest of the <a href="https://ent.abs-cbn.com/batangquiapo">FPJ’s Batang Quiapo</a> family, Lovi disclosed that it’s all about “teamwork.” She told Jhai Ho, “Hindi naman mabubuo ang isang proyekto nang hindi lahat nag-e-excel sa trabaho nila. The actors, directors, writers, everyone from the staff, even ‘yong nag-aalaga sa portalet, lahat ‘yan nabubuo at nagiging maganda because of everyone’s effort. Lahat kami do’n tulungan.”The award-winning actress also got to discover a few things about her leading man-cum-director, such as how skillful he is indeed when it comes to multi-tasking. According to her, he could amazingly give instructions as a director while preparing for the next scene as an actor and speaking to her. She also finds it great that Coco gives them the freedom to collaborate by executing the “improv” technique, which allows them to give life to their respective characters in their own ways, although it can truly be challenging.Being in the industry for almost a score already, she revealed that she still has other dreams that she wishes to attain, such as working with the Star for All Seasons Vilma Santos, Megastar Sharon Cuneta, and Superstar Nora Aunor.
