MANILA - The Philippine Competition Commission (PCC) said on Monday it has approved San Miguel Corporation&#x27;s 9SMC) buyout of several companies that collectively own the Masinloc power plant in Zambales.The anti-trust body said in a statement that SMC&#x27;s buyout of several firms that own the 630-megawatt Masinloc power plant did not pose anti-competitive risks to the power generation market.
