Thanks @elonmusk,&quot; Ukraine&#x27;s digital minister Mykhailo Fedorov tweeted Monday with a picture of a truck loaded with Starlink terminals.</p><p>&quot;You are most welcome,&quot; the SpaceX founder tweeted in response.</p><blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p dir="ltr" lang="en">Starlink — here.
